You will fly from the Tirbhuvan international Airport to Lukla, the gateway to the world's highest peak. On the way you will be able to see the majestic views of Nagarkot, Dolalghat, Charikot, Jiri, Lamjura, and Junbesi before you arrive Lukla. After a short stop at Lukla, then flight takes you towards the main attraction of the flight, your much awaited encounter with the majestic Mount Everest in all its glory.
What better way is there to see Mt. Everest other than from a helicopter? This trip takes you all the way up to Kalapathar which is close to the Everest base camp. From here the astounding vistas of the mountain peaks surrounding the Mt. Everest can be seen at one length. Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. In the evening you will be taken to experience Nepalese cuisine and cultural program in a heritage restaurant.
Day 02: Everest – Nagarkot
Helicopter Tour
You will be taken to the airport in the morning to take a helicopter to the Everest region. Amazing views await you as you witness the glory of the Mt. Everest along with Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lhotse and Nuptse amidst countless other small peaks. We will land at Kala Patthar for a while. This place gives you an even better glimpse of Everest than from the base camp itself. Later we will fly to Nagarkot which is a quaint little town on the hills east of the Kathmandu valley.Day 03: Kathmandu
Nagarkot is famous for its magnificent sunrise over the mountains. After this ethereal morning, we shall return back to Kathmandu. En route we will stop at the medieval city of Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur has a glorious history and you can enjoy its medieval wooden structures all fused deeply with Hinduism. Head back to Kathmandu in the evening.
Day 04: Departure
You will be driven to the airport for your flight home.
